Labels must be purchased separately. Add the Design Fee if this is your first Custom Order.
If you do not purchase, you will receive NO label except for the warning label on bottom.

1. 1. Labels with your artwork are $.75 per jar.
   2. Labels we design are $50 for a one time design fee and $1.00 per jar

Label Price is for 12 labels. This is the minimum order.
