Return and Refund Policy

Our Philosophy At Comfy Cozy Home, we stand behind the artisanal quality of our 2-in-1 lotion candles. Due to the personal nature of skincare products and hygiene safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at hello@comfycozyhome.com within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Exceptions Unopened and unused candles in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Allergy Awareness Please review the full ingredient list on each product page before purchase. Comfy Cozy Home is not responsible for individual allergic reactions. We recommend a patch test before full body application.

Once your return is approved, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@comfycozyhome.com for further instructions.
