Shipping policy
Our Commitment to Quality At Comfy Cozy Home, we use high concentrations of organic Shea and Kokum butters to ensure our candles are as nourishing for your skin as they are for your home. Because these premium ingredients have a low melting point, they can be sensitive to extreme heat during transit from June through September.
Summer Shipping Schedule To prevent your candles from sitting in warm sorting facilities over the weekend, all orders containing lotion candles will only ship Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday at 12:00 PM EST will be held and shipped the following Monday.
Thermal Safeguards During peak summer months, we may utilize insulated packaging and biodegradable cold packs at no extra cost to you. While these provide a significant buffer against the heat, they typically last for 48–72 hours.
Customer Responsibility: The "Cool Touch" Rule We strongly encourage you to track your package and retrieve it immediately upon delivery. Do not leave your package on a porch or in a mailbox, as temperatures in these areas can quickly exceed 100°F, even with protective packaging.
What if my candle arrives soft? If your candle feels soft or has a slight "sweat" upon arrival, don't worry—this does not affect the quality or the skincare benefits. Simply place the candle in a cool, flat area (or the refrigerator) for 1 hour to allow the botanical oils to reset.
Comfy Cozy Home is not responsible for candles left in the sun or mailboxes for extended periods after delivery.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We hope to expand to more international locations soon!
Damages & Missing Packages
Comfy Cozy Home is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
