Hi there! I'm Laurie Clayton, and I founded Comfy Cozy Home because I truly believe in the transformative power of a comfortable and beautiful home. For me, coming home should always feel like a sigh of relief – a place to relax, create, and simply be.

I personally seek out every item you see on our site, choosing pieces that I would proudly have in my own home. My goal is to make it easy for you to find those perfect touches that turn a house into a warm, inviting haven.

I fell in love with the massage candles upon attending a local renaissance fair and wanted to create a product similar but with more properties besides using as a massage oil.  Hence the Soothing Lotion Candle was created! I personally mix and hand pour each candle and pick containers that are also fun and vibrant for your home. 

When I'm not in my workshop creating, you can find me out on the tractor mowing the lawn (we have plenty to mow!) or gardening

or out with the goats talking and playing with them. That's Bessie photo bombing!

I'm also out helping my hubby with the homestead, raising lavender, keeping up the vegetable garden, decorating our 1940's tiny farmhouse and enjoying a nice evening sitting out by our firepit. You may even catch me dressed up at a Renaissance Fair!
